33-year-old Rickey Davis died April 20, 2000 while fighting a fire in Center Point. He was inside a house advancing a hose-line when the floor collapsed. Rickey made the ultimate sacrifice for his job and the citizens that the fire district protects. Rickey will always be in our minds and our hearts.
